I.I. Bragg a fictional character who was asked to be Contributing writer for 50 Plus Report Online Magazine. He is the king of journaling and loves to write about himself and his life experiences, hence his name: I.I. Bragg. I.I. Bragg is a serious advocate of handwritten notes and feels that it inspires thoughts and stimulates creativity. He encourages writing about yourself, what’s important to you and what you like and don’t like. He feels that journaling is a very cathartic experience and an expression of who you are as a person.

Dr. Suzanne Richards joined the Primary Care Research Group in 2003 after working on a range of primary care clinical trials at the Universities of Birmingham (2001-2) and Bristol (1993-2000). As a social scientist by background, she is particularly interested in aging research, and of how best to organize health and social care in later life. She is also interested in how our social environment influences our health and well-being. As a Senior Lecturer in Primary Care with a mixed method background, she works across a range of primary care research projects.
Sandra Rockwood tapped into the need that entrepreneurs and small businesses not only had to utilize virtual contractors with specialized skills, but to have a dedicated virtual partner and project manager to recruit, train and manage those contractors.
